About Me

I am a New York based UX/UI designer who loves to create problem-solving digital solutions through the use of research and design.

I transitioned into the world of UX/UI design within the gaming industry after honing my skills in marketing and communications during my immediate post-college years. My lifelong passion for gaming led me to a crucial realization that impacted my career trajectory: games are not just about visuals and storylines; they're about the emotions they evoke and the experiences they provide for players. This realization gave me the drive to attend a UX/UI Bootcamp and take on various passion projects that allowed me to learn more and more about UX and how it applies within the game space. Even though it felt different from what I studied in school and had been doing up until that point, I did not want to ignore that pull toward my passion just because it was unfamiliar territory. Exploring that passion eventually allowed me to secure an internship, which later became a full time role.

My journey currently revolves around learning how to craft user-centric interfaces and creating inclusive gaming experiences that cater to all kinds of players. I am hoping that through my efforts, I’ll help bridge the gap between players and games to ensure games are a safe, accessible space. I feel incredibly lucky that I am able to do so as a part of the team that creates one of my favorite games!

When I'm not cooking up some new designs at work, you can find me playing a horror game, going on hikes, or taking a ridiculous amount of pictures of my cat while she’s sleeping. (Cat photos available upon request)
